How safe is a safe haven?

fleeing the war from syria, syrian refugees hope to find a safer place in Turkey, a neighbouring non arab country.

It’s a shame none of the arab countries tried to refuge the syrians in fact tried their best to fully ignore the situation happening in a neighbouring arab country.

 The saddening fact is, most of the other arab countries knew that were refuges go to, troubles follow. The recent bombings in Turkey, a relatively very safe country that is hoping to join the European Union is blamed on the civil war in syria. The bombings killed atleast 40 people and injured many more, this is a fact that can not be ignored.

I admire the turkish government for stepping in and helping the syrians but how safe can turkey be after hosting a war? how safe is a safe haven ?
